[目的 ]观察台湾家白蚁水煎剂、酶解、酸解提取物对四氯化碳 (CCl4 )所致小鼠 SGPT升高的影响。 [方法 ]用不同的提取物给小鼠灌胃给药后 ,用 CCl4 造成肝损害模型 ,测定 SGPT及肝脏系数。 [结果 ]酶解 1 0 g/kg及酸解 5g/kg降酶作用较好 ,阳性药联苯双酯降酶作用最好 ,其余各组降酶作用不够显著。各组肝脏系数与 CCl4 组比较无显著差异。 [结论 ]台湾家白蚁的酶解及酸解提取物对 CCl4 所致的小白鼠肝脏损害有一定保护作用
[Objective] To observe the effect of water decoction, enzymolysis and acidolysis extracts of Termites from Taiwan on the increase of SGPT induced by carbon tetrachloride (CCl4) in mice. [Methods] After the mice were intragastricly administered with different extracts, liver damage model was established with CCl4 and SGPT and liver coefficient were measured. [Results] The enzymatic hydrolysis of 10 g/kg and the acid hydrolysis of 5 g/kg had better effect of reducing the enzyme, and the positive drug bifendate was the best in decreasing the enzyme activity. The rest of the groups had no significant effect of reducing the enzyme. There was no significant difference in liver coefficient between the groups and the CCl4 group. [Conclusion] The enzymolysis and acidolysis extracts of Taiwan termites have protective effects on liver damage induced by CCl4 in mice.
