《中国电视艺术发展报告》是国家新闻出版广电总局组织编纂、中国电视艺术委员会负责编写的“电视艺术蓝皮书”.具有专业性、系统性、文献性和权威性。2010年,首卷“蓝皮书”出版发行后,受到管理部门、专家学者以及权威媒体的广泛认可,好评如潮。2013年6月出版的《中国电视艺术发展报告》第二卷不仅比首卷增加了厚度,而且结构更加完善,内容更加详实,形式更加新颖。本卷“蓝皮书”的编纂奉行“新体例、新思维、新成果”的“三新”理念,在沿袭首卷“蓝皮书”风格、定位、品质、功能的基础上,通过增加“电视艺术理论与评论发展报告”、“专题报告”以及“‘飞天奖’和‘星光奖’获奖名单”及“第二十八届‘飞天奖’获奖作品导演
