采用 6个母本、4个父本 ,按NCⅡ设计 ,配制 2 4个杂交组合 ,对 16种氨基酸含量的杂种优势进行了分析。结果表明 :F1中各种氨基酸含量 ,有的表现出正向杂种优势 ,有的为负向杂种优势。并对各种氨基酸间的相关、亲子相关进行了研究。
Using 6 female parents and 4 male parents, 24 hybrids were designed according to NCⅡ, and the heterosis of 16 amino acids was analyzed. The results showed that the content of various amino acids in F1 showed positive heterosis and some negative heterosis. And a variety of amino acid correlation between parent-child related research.
