In this paper, the rapid carburizing method with high frequency heating is introduced. The carburizing time of 1 ~ 1.2mm can be obtained within 20min, the surface carbon content is 0.8 ~ 1.0%. The article describes carburizing process and carburizing agent , Analyzed the test results.
