当今时代,文化知识的不可或缺越来越得到人们的重视。多数高校坚持扩大招生数量,招生的要求得以降低,整体学生的素质亟待提高,对学校的管理教学来说,该情况带来了很大的压力和阻碍。将以人为本的教育宗旨运用到高校图书馆教学与管理的结合中,使图书馆中的优质图书资源得以充分利用,相应的将学生的阅读兴趣提升,对高校图书馆教学与管理结合的发展具有促进作用。
