目的:对患者自行在药店购用非处方药(中成药)需要注意的问题进行统计和分析。方法:选取自2010年12月-2012年12月在药店购药的患者300例,进行问卷调查对在购药中所遇见和发生的问题,对其进行统计和分析,病制定相关的解决措施。结果:100份问卷调查均回收成功,统计结果显示患者自行在药店购用非处方药(中成药)中,发生的问题是①滥用非处方药药物;②单纯依据症状购买非处方药物;③过分相信广告药品;④过分相信说明书疗效和主治功能;⑤过分注重药品的感官包装;⑦过于相信他人介绍;⑥药店工作人员过于注重药品利益;⑧对非处方药物剂型的应用不当。针对措施主要为①对药店周围和室内的宣传画和广告进行严格的控制;②在非处方药物的购买时药店工作人员应正确的指导;③合理性用药用药;④规范化管理药物市场;⑤正确依据药物的剂型进行用药和治疗;⑦提倡科学合理性用药;⑥杜绝愚昧联合用药。结论:在药店自行购用非处方(中成药)中存在很多的问题和不安全的情况,应该针对其进行适当的防范和管理措施,以保证在患者购买和使用非处方(中成)药物时的安全有效的治疗疾病,从而提高患者的生活质量。
OBJECTIVE: To carry out statistics and analysis on the problems that need to pay attention to when patients purchase over-the-counter medicines (proprietary Chinese medicines) by themselves in pharmacies. The main measures for the ① strict control around the pharmacy and indoor posters and advertisements; ② non-prescription drug purchase pharmacy staff should be properly directed; ③ rational drug use; ④ standardized management of the drug market; ⑤ correct basis Drug dosage forms for medication and treatment; ⑦ promote scientific and rational use of drugs; ⑥ eliminate stupid combination medication. Conclusion: There are a lot of problems and unsafe situations in pharmacies purchasing over-the-counter (proprietary Chinese medicines) by themselves. Appropriate prevention and management measures should be taken to ensure that when patients purchase and use over-the-counter (IBD) drugs The safe and effective treatment of diseases, thereby enhancing the quality of life of patients.
