Twist既是转录调控因子,也是癌基因蛋白,与肿瘤的发生、浸润、转移、耐药及细胞凋亡等多方面的研究越来越广阔。Wnt信号传导通路是一个高度复杂、相互联系并保守的通路,与许多人类疾病有关。主要作用于胚胎形成和成熟组织修复,其异常激活常参与肿瘤细胞的增殖和分化、侵袭和转移等过程。本文就Twist和Wnt信号传导通路与女性相关肿瘤的关系作一综述。
Twist is not only a transcriptional regulator but also an oncogene protein, which is more and more widely studied in tumorigenesis, invasion, metastasis, drug resistance and apoptosis. The Wnt signaling pathway is a highly complex, interrelated and conserved pathway that is associated with many human diseases. The main role in embryonic formation and mature tissue repair, abnormal activation often involved in tumor cell proliferation and differentiation, invasion and metastasis process. This article reviews the relationship between Twist and Wnt signaling pathways and female-related tumors.
