目的 观察尼莫通(Nimotop)治疗视神经挫伤的临床疗效,如视神经挫伤患者提供新的有效方法。方法 本组34例视神经挫伤病人,随机分为治疗组与对照组。治疗组采用尼莫通注射液50ml静脉滴入药;对照组采用常规治疗。结果 尼莫通治疗组疗效明显优于对照组,治疗结果统计学处理两组差异具有高度显著性。结论 尼莫通的临床应用为视神经挫伤患者提供了一种新的有效的治疗方法。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Nimotop in the treatment of optic nerve contusion, and to provide a new and effective method for patients with optic nerve contusion. Methods 34 cases of optic nerve contusion patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The treatment group was treated with 50ml of nimotop injection and the control group was treated with routine treatment. Results Nimodant treatment group was significantly better than the control group, the results of the treatment of statistical differences between the two groups was highly significant. Conclusion The clinical application of nimotop provides a new effective treatment for patients with optic nerve contusion.
