加快推进农村文化惠民工程建设是党的十七届六中全会和党的十八大作出的重大战略部署,这充分体现了党和国家对广大农村特别是民族地区农村文化惠民工程工作的高度重视。近年来,全疆各地文化惠民工程取得了实效,并形成多种具有民族地域特色的发展模式。
Accelerating the construction of rural culture and benefiting the people is a major strategic plan made by the 6th Plenary Session of the 17th CPC Central Committee and the 18th National Congress of the Party. This fully demonstrates that the party and the state have done a lot to promote the work of benefiting the people in rural areas, especially in the rural areas, highly valued. In recent years, the project of benefiting the people from all over Xinjiang has achieved substantial results and formed a variety of development modes with ethnic and regional characteristics.
