目的评价纳米二氧化钛(Nano-TiO2)涂层的TC4材料对种植体周优势菌的抗菌效果。方法2007年7月至2008年6月于广东省佛山市第二人民医院采用种植体周围炎可疑致病菌株牙龈卟啉单胞菌、血链球菌、金黄色葡萄球菌,对Nano-TiO2涂层的TC4材料(实验组)和未涂层的TC4材料(对照组)进行抑菌圈测定,并通过测定细菌量比较两种材料的抗菌效果。结果(1)经过适宜条件下的培养,Nano-TiO2涂层的TC4试件与未涂层的TC4试件对牙龈卟啉单胞菌、血链球菌、金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌圈直径均为0mm;(2)两种试件经全皿计数法得出的菌落计数比较,实验组与对照组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组对牙龈卟啉单胞菌、血链球菌、金黄色葡萄球菌的抗菌率分别为94.02%、99.34%、98.72%。结论采用Nano-TiO2涂层的TC4材料对3种可疑口腔致病菌均具有很好的抗菌效果,其抗菌性能优于未涂层的TC4材料;抑菌圈法不适用于TC4和Nano-TiO2这类低可溶性材料的抗菌活性实验。
Objective To evaluate the antibacterial effect of TC4 material coated with Nano-TiO2 on the dominant bacteria in the implant. Methods From July 2007 to June 2008, Pseudomonas gingivalis, Streptococcus sanguis and Staphylococcus aureus were used in the Second People’s Hospital of Foshan City, Guangdong Province, TC4 material (experimental group) and uncoated TC4 material (control group). The antibacterial effect of the two materials was compared by measuring the amount of bacteria. Results (1) The bacteriostasis diameters of P. gingivalis, S. sanguis and S. aureus were both in the TC4 and non-coated TC4 specimens coated with Nano-TiO2 0mm; (2) Comparison of the colony counts obtained by the whole dish counting method between the two samples showed that the difference between the experimental group and the control group was statistically significant (P <0.05). The antibacterial rates of the experimental group to Porphyromonas gingivalis, Streptococcus sanguis and Staphylococcus aureus were 94.02%, 99.34% and 98.72%, respectively. Conclusion The TC4 material coated with Nano-TiO2 has good antibacterial activity against three pathogenic bacteria of oral cavity and its antibacterial property is better than that of uncoated TC4 material. The antibacterial ring method is not suitable for TC4 and Nano-TiO2 Antibacterial activity experiments of these low soluble materials.
