可持续发展的概念一经提出,就受到了来自世界范围的广泛关注。时至今日,可持续发展已经成为全球认可的未来发展模式。可持续发展战略影响了社会形态的方方面面。经济法的理论创新就是其中的一部分。本文首先讲述了可持续发展的定义,然后详细介绍了可持续发展对经济法的理论创新影响,最后讲述了新的经济法的法律关系重塑。
Once proposed, the concept of sustainable development has received wide attention from all over the world. To date, sustainable development has become a globally accepted model of future development. The strategy of sustainable development has affected all aspects of social form. The theoretical innovation of economic law is one of them. This paper first describes the definition of sustainable development, and then introduces in detail the sustainable development on the theoretical innovation of economic law, finally tells the reconstruction of the legal relationship of the new economic law.
