近年来,肿瘤治疗的进展明显提高了年轻女性患者的生存率。但抗肿瘤治疗的长期不良反应会使女性患者产生卵巢早衰和不育。对尚未生育的女性患者来说,保留生育功能至关重要。卵巢组织异种移植技术可以避免将肿瘤细胞重新带回体内的风险,也可以降低体内促排卵带来的危害,而近年来多种异种移植模型的建立为保留人类生殖功能提供了可能。从移植物的来源、培养温度及处理时间、移植部位、受体的选择与处理、促性腺激素的应用等方面对当前人卵巢组织异种移植的研究进展作一综述。
In recent years, the progress of cancer treatment has significantly improved the survival rate of young women. However, the long-term adverse effects of anti-tumor therapy will lead to premature ovarian failure and infertility in female patients. For female patients who have not yet been born, the preservation of reproductive function is essential. In recent years, the establishment of multiple xenotransplantation models has provided the possibility of preserving human reproductive function. The ovarian tissue xenotransplantation technique can avoid the risk of bringing tumor cells back into the body and reduce the harm caused by ovulation promotion in vivo. The progress of current research on xenotransplantation of human ovarian tissue is reviewed in terms of the origin of the graft, the culture temperature and treatment time, the site of transplantation, the selection and treatment of the receptor and the application of gonadotropin.
