目的了解本院住院患者抗菌药物使用情况,发现存在的问题,以增强医师合理用药意识,促进合理使用抗菌素。方法本院抗菌药物动态监测小组对住院患者的病历进行抽查,根据我院《抗菌药物分级管理制度》及药品说明书和参考有关药品合理使用资料,对临床用药中不合理情况进行分类和统计分析,写出分析报告。结果在抽查的129份病历中,分别在预防用药、抗菌药物的选择、联用、使用方法等方面存在用药问题。结论住院患者尚存在抗菌药物不合理使用现象,应予重视,加强宣传,促进临床合理用药。
Objective To understand the use of antimicrobials in hospitalized patients in our hospital and find out the existing problems in order to enhance physicians’ awareness of rational drug use and promote the rational use of antibiotics. Methods The hospital antimicrobial dynamic monitoring team conducted random checks on the medical records of inpatients. According to the Antibacterial Drug Classification Management System in our hospital and the reference materials for drug use, the unreasonable situation in clinical drug use was classified and statistically analyzed. Write out the analysis report. Results In the sampling of 129 medical records, respectively, in preventive medicine, antibacterial drug selection, combination, the use of methods and so there are drug problems. Conclusions Inpatients still have unreasonable use of antimicrobial agents, which should be paid more attention to, so as to promote publicity and promote rational clinical use.
