【目的/意义】个体知识协同行为(Id-KCB)和团队知识协同行为(T-KCB)在组织的网络柔性对创新绩效的影响过程中起中介作用,探讨其内在机理对组织有着重要的意义。【方法/过程】本文通过数据调查,利用结构方程模型方法,剖析了“网络柔性”对创新绩效影响过程中的Id-KCB、T-KCB的中介效应。【结果/结论】研究表明,网络柔性对Id-KCB、T-KCB均有显著的促进作用;T-KCB对创新绩效很强的正向促进作用,而Id-KCB对创新绩效并没有显著的正向相关性,但是Id-KCB在一定程度上正向影响T-KCB。因此,网络柔性可以通过Id-KCB、T-KCB的中介效应(一阶或二阶)对创新绩效产生正向影响。
[Purpose / Significance] Id-KCB and T-KCB play an intermediary role in the influence of organizational network flexibility on innovation performance, and its intrinsic mechanism is of great significance to the organization . Methods / Processes This paper investigates the mediating effect of Id-KCB and T-KCB in the process of the influence of “network flexibility ” on innovation performance through data investigation and structural equation modeling. [Results / Conclusion] The results show that network flexibility has a significant promoting effect on Id-KCB and T-KCB; T-KCB has a positive effect on innovation performance, while Id-KCB has no significant effect on innovation performance Positive correlation, but Id-KCB to a certain extent, positively affects T-KCB. Therefore, the network flexibility can positively influence the innovation performance through the intermediary effects (first order or second order) of Id-KCB and T-KCB.
