施工现场是建筑企业的重要地点,是企业经济目标向物质成果转化的场所。一个工程项目从立项、规划、设计、审核到施工及竣工验收,资料归档管理,整个流程,环环相扣,任何环节都不能有丝毫闪失,否则其所引起的损失均是难以估量的。由此,加强施工现场管理,不断提高施工现场管理水平,越来越受到建筑行业主管部门和施工企业的重视。本人结合所在企业的工作实际,就建筑工程现场施工管理谈谈自己的看法。
