甲午国庆,在“雪泥鸿爪——张梅驹书法展”上,我有幸得与梅驹先生见面并交流、纵谈书法甚欢。虽是初识,先生渊博的学识和敦厚的为人,使我顿生一见如故的亲切感。先生随即还慷慨馈赠他的书法专集《雪泥鸿爪》与我。梅驹先生这次的个展风貌多样,篆隶楷行草各种字体都善尽其美,一幅幅整齐壮观的书法作品煞是好看!我尤甚对其凝洁苍劲的篆隶体印象更深。几幅篆隶两体作品,古朴中带有颇多童趣,完全符合他常提醒的“书不经意则佳”和“字要写得生、拙、不稳”之准
In the afternoon of National Day of China, I was fortunate enough to meet with Mr. Mei Ju and talk and talk about calligraphy very much.
