胆总管梗阻性疾病临床时有发生,按定性分为良性疾病(结石、炎症)和恶性疾病(胆管癌)两大类,对本病及时诊断和采取有效治疗措施对患者预后至关重要。文章通过46例胆总管梗阻性疾病应用三维彩超检查声像图诊断与手术及病理诊断符合率对比结果,进而评价三维超声对胆总管梗阻性疾病的临床应用价值。1资料与方法1.1临床资料收集我院肝胆外科2010年1月至2016年
