不锈钢列管换热器管板接头采用母材作为填充金属,实现不填丝手工钨极氩弧焊。与手工电弧焊相比,具有能量集中,变形小,焊缝无夹渣,成形美观,焊接效率高等优点。我厂从1982年至今已用该工艺制作18台列管式换热器,共焊接了管板接头1万余个,经过压力为2.5M Pa的水压检验,管板接头无一泄漏。生产应用表明,焊接接头质量好,提高设备寿命两倍,设备制作效率提高三倍,生产安全可靠。4年来节约设备材料费达11万元。
