新生儿时期尿液成分正常数值有特殊之处,了解正常足月新生儿的尿液成份,有助于临床对新生儿疾病尤其尿道疾病的诊断和鉴别诊断。目前国内外有关这方面的报道较少。本文通过对197例正常新生儿尿液分析,提供国内新生儿时期尿液成份的正常数值。资料与方法对象来源于1986年1月1～31日4月1～30日在本院产房出生的197例正常足月分娩新生儿,其中男104例、女93例。新生儿体重为2500～4000g,孕期为37～42周,一般情况正常,无疾病或感染,母亲非异常妊娠,分娩及生产史无特殊情况。新生儿饮
The normal value of urine composition during the neonatal period is special, to understand the urine composition of normal term newborns, contribute to clinical diagnosis and differential diagnosis of neonatal diseases, especially urinary tract diseases. At present, there are few reports on this subject at home and abroad. In this paper, 197 cases of normal newborn urine analysis to provide the normal value of the domestic neonatal urine components.
