梯形支架是带式输送机上的关键部件,其可靠性和使用寿命直接影响着输送机的性能。根据梯形支架的结构类型、材料属性和工作载荷状况,以1.4m带式输送机的梯形支架为例,利用ABAQUS有限元软件,进行了其应力应变影响的研究。研究表明,在梯形支架安装改向滚筒1和传动滚筒1的垫板区域出现较大应力,最大位移发生在横梁端部,为梯形支架的设计提供了有利的理论依据。
Trapezoidal stent is a key component of the belt conveyor, its reliability and service life directly affect the performance of the conveyor. According to the structure type, material property and working load of ladder support, taking the trapezoidal support of 1.4m belt conveyor as an example, the influence of stress and strain on the trapezoidal support was studied by ABAQUS finite element software. The results show that there is a large stress in the area of the backing plate where the trapezoidal holder is installed with the redirecting roller 1 and the driving roller 1, and the maximum displacement occurs at the end of the crossbeam, which provides a favorable theoretical basis for the design of the trapezoidal holder.
