山东省石臼所港是我国即将建设的大型现代化专业港口,港内拟建造10万吨级专用煤码头,出口华北地区的煤。目前,该工程由交通部第一航务工程局负责进行设计和筹建之中。 为了配合该工程的建设,本刊第3期曾刊登《关于石臼所港设计波浪推算问题的探讨》一文。该文发表后,受到了有关科技人员的关注、更引起了一航局科技人员的重视。为此,投文本刊,阐述了石港波要素的推算方法,以便更广泛地考虑各界的有益建议。 我们希望水运工程建设战线的同志们共同关心建设工程,对主要技术问题提出建议、展开讨论,发扬“百家争鸣”,进行技术交流,为我国水运建设事业的现代化做出贡献。
Shijiu Port of Shandong Province is a large modern specialized port to be built in China. It is planned to build a special-purpose coal terminal with a capacity of 100,000 tons and a port to export coal in North China. At present, the project is responsible for the design and preparation of the project by the First Flight Engineering Bureau of the Ministry of Communications. To tie in with the construction of this project, the 3rd issue of this issue once published the article “Discussion on the Estimation of Waves in Shipai Port Design”. After the publication of the article, it received the attention of relevant scientific and technical personnel, and even attracted the attention of the scientific and technological personnel of a navigation bureau. To this end, the journal article, set forth the elements of the Shijiazhuang wave of projections, in order to more widely consider useful suggestions from all walks of life. We hope that comrades on the front of the shipping project will jointly care about construction projects, make suggestions on major technical issues, start discussions, carry forward “one hundred schools of thought” and exchange technological achievements so as to make contributions to the modernization of China’s water transport construction.
