[目的]了解南海某海上拖轮舱内噪声水平及工人接触噪声情况,为拖轮职业病防治提供依据。[方法]在拖轮停靠码头补给时,按照海上负荷作业工况,开启相关设备对拖轮主要工作岗位的噪声进行定点测量,对主要员工的噪声接触情况进行调查,并计算40 h等效声级。[结果]南海某海上拖轮主机、辅机、艏推间、空压机、舵机房、空调间、集控间、驾驶室、医务室、住舱、餐厅定点噪声检测结果显示,医务室和餐厅噪声声级超过国际海事组织MSC.337(91)《船上噪声等级规则》限值。轮机长、大管轮、二管轮、三管轮、机匠、机工、电机员7个工种工人的40 h等效声级分别为95.94 dB(A)、99.51 dB(A)、99.51 dB(A)、99.51、99.71 dB(A)、99.71 dB(A)、96.42 dB(A),全部超过我国标准限值。[结论]该拖轮作业工人噪声接触水平较高,应采取相应的措施减少噪声的接触,并做好职业健康监护。
[Objective] The research aimed to understand the noise level and noise exposure of workers in a tugboat in the South China Sea, and provide the basis for prevention and treatment of occupational diseases in tugboats. [Method] When the tug dock was docked, according to the sea load working conditions, the relevant equipment was turned on to measure the noise of the main work position of the tugboat. The noise exposure of the main staff was investigated and the 40 h equivalent sound level was calculated. [Result] The detection results of the fixed point noise of a marine tugboat in the South China Sea, auxiliary machinery, propeller room, air compressor, rudder engine room, air-conditioning room, centralized control room, cab, clinic, accommodation and restaurant showed that the clinic and restaurant Noise levels exceed the IMO MSC.337 (91) “Boat Noise Rating Rules” limits. The 40-h equivalent sound levels of the chief engineer, the chief engineer, the second manager, the third manager, the mechanized craftsman, the mechanic, and the electrician were 40.5 h, 99.91 dB (A), 99.51 dB (A), 99.51, 99.71 dB (A), 99.71 dB (A), 96.42 dB (A), all exceeding our national standard limits. [Conclusion] This tugboat worker has a high level of noise exposure, corresponding measures should be taken to reduce the noise exposure and make occupational health monitoring.
