工作已有十个年头,站在小学讲台上,面对那些充满稚气的脸庞,兼任班主任的我曾经习惯于摆出一副严厉的面孔,并用高声的呵斥来表明我的威严。工作的实践告诉我,这种方法在班级管理中虽能临时奏效,不过长此以往,这显然不是最好的办法。近期,在班级管理中,有这样一件事使我似乎悟到了班主任工作的真谛。
For ten years, I stood in the podium of the elementary school. In the face of a childlike face, I was accustomed to being a teacher in charge of a severe face and used a loud whirring to show my majesty. The practice of work tells me that although this method can work temporarily in class management, it is obviously not the best solution for the long run. Recently, in class management, there is such a thing that seems to me realize the true meaning of the teacher in charge.
