据报道,疟必清[每片含磺胺甲氧吡嗪(SMPZ)0.125克,抗菌增效剂(TMP)0.125克]治疗疟疾疗效高,能迅速控制症状和原虫消失,很少复发,对氯化喹啉的耐药虫株有杀灭作用,同时无明显的副作用或毒性反应,优于氯化喹啉。我所于一九七三年九至十月份在现场进行了这项观察,其结果报告如下: 观察方法及药量方法:一、观察的病例,均为急性发作而无其他合并症的现症病人,在一周内未服过任何抗疟药和磺胺类药者为观察对象。二、服药前后每天定时测量体温和血检1次,直至体温正常(37℃)及原虫2天阴性。
