1987年3月至1988年3月,我们开展了乳酸生产下脚料栽培平菇的研究,结果表明:乳酸废渣添加棉籽壳后生产平菇,其生物学效率瓶栽可达73～74％,袋装可达98～102％,且采收的平菇蛋白质含量比对照(纯棉籽壳)高出5～7％。现报道如下:
From March 1987 to March 1988, we carried out the research on waste mushroom cultivation of Lactic acid production. The results showed that the production of Pleurotus ostreatus with lactic acid waste residue after adding cottonseed husk could reach 73-74% Packed up to 98 ~ 102%, and the recovery of mushroom protein content than the control (cotton seed hull) 5 to 7% higher.
