企业在激烈的竞争压力下要想获得生存和发展,必须对外界变化不断作出战略调整,保持对环境的动态适应能力,这就需要企业加强自身学习。知识管理日益得到管理者的重视不是偶然现象,这是企业在知识经济时代里生存的必然之选。但虽然许多管理者意识到了知识管理的重要性,却往往徒劳无功。是什么阻碍了知识管理发挥作用,其中最关键的一个原因就是企业现存的文化产生了障碍。企业现存文化与知识管理目标是否适应,直接决定了知识在公司的分享、流动和转化,影响到企业的竞争优势。
In order to survive and develop under fierce competitive pressure, companies must constantly make strategic adjustments to changes in the outside world and maintain a dynamic adaptability to the environment. This requires companies to strengthen their own learning. It is not an accidental phenomenon that knowledge management is increasingly being valued by managers. This is an inevitable choice for companies to survive in the era of knowledge economy. But while many managers are aware of the importance of knowledge management, they are often in vain. What has hindered the role of knowledge management, one of the most critical is that the existing culture of the enterprise has created obstacles. The adaptability of existing corporate culture and knowledge management objectives directly determines the sharing, flow, and transformation of knowledge in the company and affects the competitive advantage of the company.
