与《中国财政》的相识是不期而遇的缘分,缘于我们对财政工作的共同热爱。2004年,我从县政府办公室调入财政局任办公室主任,成为一名吃“文字饭”的大总管。面对陌生的环境、生疏的业务以及接踵而来的文稿任务,我一时不知所措,无从下手。为了尽快熟悉业务,做好工作,我除了主动向一些资深的“老财政人”请教外,还找来一些财经“业内”刊物阅读。在众多财经刊物中,《中国财政》处于理论与实践的结合
The acquaintance with “China’s finance” is an unexpected coincidence, due to our common love of financial work. In 2004, I transferred from the county government office to the director of the office of the Finance Bureau and became the chief executive of a “rice bowl.” In the face of unfamiliar environment, unfamiliar business and incoming manuscript tasks, I was overwhelmed and unable to get started.
