通过对国内核桃干燥设备的调查研究,针对干燥设备能耗大、均匀性差、干燥后产品品质不佳等现状,选择5HH-3000型核桃烘干机与HG-120型果品烘干机两种干燥设备为试验研究对象,对比分析干燥设备实际工作的性能指标,结果证明,5HH-3000机型的性能优于HG-120型干燥设备。为干燥设备的优化改进提供了有力证明,也为机型的选择和规模化生产提供了理论依据。
Through the research on domestic walnut drying equipment, according to the current situation of large energy consumption, poor uniformity and poor product quality after drying, the choice of 5HH-3000 walnut dryer and HG-120 type fruit dryer two kinds of drying Equipment for the pilot study, comparative analysis of the actual performance of drying equipment performance indicators, the results show that 5HH-3000 model performance is better than the HG-120-type drying equipment.
