住院医师规范化培训在我国近年如火如荼的开展,同时随着康复医学的飞速发展,他俩的碰撞产生了一些问题,我科作为规陪的执行科室,在儿科规范化培训的过程中,承担了康复规陪工作,经过5年发展发现大量问题,并提出一些解决方案,以有助于实现现康复规陪的规范化科学化体系化。从而有助于儿科医师规陪教育中康复医学内容的充实,也希望探讨出一条可行的儿童康复医师规范化培训的方案。
