Screen Quota:即电影配额制,又叫义务上映制度。韩国政府为保护本国电影所进行的政府行为,强制规定韩国电影院每年每个厅都必须上满146天的本土电影;所有电视台也必须播放一定比例的国产电影。光头运动:为抗议开放外国电影配额,韩国电影人发起大规模示威游行,不少人甚至剃光头静坐抗议。剃光头在韩国是极强烈的抗议形式,而此活动又为全韩影人集体参加。韩国政府在极大的压力下,保留配额制,成为韩国电影发展的一个契机。
Screen Quota: the film quota system, also known as voluntary release system. The Korean government's government action to protect its own films obligates each of the Korean cinemas to have 146 days of local films per year. All stations must also play a certain percentage of domestic films. Bald Movement: To protest the opening of foreign film quotas, Korean filmmakers launched a large-scale demonstration and many people even shaved their heads in protest. Shaved head in South Korea is a very strong form of protest, and this event is a collective participation of all Korean filmmakers. Under tremendous pressure, the South Korean government retained the quota system and became an opportunity for the development of Korean films.
