本文就进一步深化医院改革,对实行“一院两制”的可行性提出了初步设想,并就股份制办医,职工集资购置医疗设备谈了个人的看法。提倡多渠道办医疗事业,改变卫生事业的经营模式,坚持社会效益第一,同时也要符合价值规律,增强医院的活力。
This article will further deepen the reform of the hospital, put forward a preliminary concept for the feasibility of implementing “one house, two systems,” and talked about personal opinions about the system of stock-based medical treatment and the employee’s fund-raising purchase of medical equipment. We must promote multi-channel medical services, change the business model of health services, adhere to the first social benefits, and also comply with the law of value to enhance the vitality of hospitals.
