中职学校幼师专业的学生是未来的幼儿老师,他们必须具有过硬的理论知识,还有具有较强的技能、专业素养,这样才可以成为优秀的幼儿老师。就目前的幼儿音乐教学来看,中职学校在幼师的音乐教学方面存在较多的弊端,影响着幼师的健康发展。鉴于此,中职学校需要加强对幼师专业学生综合素养的培养,促使幼师专业学生将来的教学能够与社会发展相符合,能够促使幼儿从小能有一个良好的开端。阐述了目前中职幼师音乐教学中存在的问题,也提出了对应的解决措施。
Secondary vocational school kindergarten students are the future kindergarten teachers, they must have excellent theoretical knowledge, as well as have strong skills, professional qualifications, so as to be an excellent kindergarten teacher. As far as the current children’s music teaching is concerned, the secondary vocational schools have many disadvantages in the music teaching of kindergarten teachers, which affects the healthy development of kindergarten teachers. In view of this, secondary vocational schools need to strengthen the cultivation of comprehensive qualifications of kindergarten majors and promote the future teaching of kindergarten majors to be in line with social development so that young children can make a good start. It expounds the problems existing in the music teaching of the preschool teachers in the grade and also puts forward the corresponding solutions.
