Since the publication of “The Experiment of Increasing Production of Vegetables by Artificial Positive Electric Field” published in “Changjiang Vegetable” in 1989-2, readers from all over the world have inquired about the specific methods for setting up electric field. This article synthesizes further scientific research results, specially makes the public replies to the believers from all over. In recent years, many professional newspapers published an article introducing the application of electrostatic field examples, but are limited to a small area of scientific experiments. Large-scale promotion there are still some difficulties, mainly due to the large electric field of public grounding is difficult to deal with.
