在全球经济一体化和加入WTO后的大背景下,随着零售连锁企业经营规模的不断扩大,授权已成为零售连锁企业管理中的通用做法,但是在授权实践中,企业容易陷入授权困境,授权不当的现象经常发生。本文结合零售连锁企业经营特点及其授权的必要性,分析了影响零售连锁企业授权的因素,并在此基础上尝试提出了有效授权的原则及改进建议。
Under the backdrop of global economic integration and accession to the WTO, as the scale of retail chain enterprises continues to expand, the authorization has become a common practice in the management of retail chain enterprises.
