法学教育的中心任务就是培养法律人,履行着整个法治体系建设主体构建的重任。30年来,中国法学教育取得了巨大成就,但也存在如下问题:法学教育定位不清,职业教育属性未能彰显;精英教育属性的没落,法律职业素质欠缺;道德教育缺失,法律职业伦理建构缺位;专门性职业技能教育缺位;培养模式不符合法律人才培养要求。因而,从三个方面提出我国法学教育改革的制度设计:全面实施六年制法学教育模式、改革国家统一司法考试制度、加强法律职业伦理教育。
The central task of legal education is to train lawyers and fulfill the important task of building the entire legal system. In the past 30 years, great achievements have been made in the legal education in China, but there are also some problems as follows: the orientation of law education is not clear, the attributes of vocational education can not be demonstrated, the decline of elite education attributes, the lack of legal profession, the lack of moral education and the construction of legal professional ethics Bit; vocational skills education vacancy; training model does not meet the legal personnel training requirements. Therefore, the system design of legal education reform in our country is proposed in three aspects: the full implementation of the six-year legal education model, the reform of the national unified judicial examination system, and the strengthening of legal professional ethics education.
