为研究太阳翼驱动机构的动态性能,利用有限元分析软件对太阳翼驱动机构进行了谐响应分析。首先进行了机构的有限元建模,然后根据特征级加速度扫频试验结果求得整机的模态阻尼比,随后利用模态法频率响应分析求得整机的最大应力值和最大加速值。输出结果与输入结果对比发现,应力安全强度系数和加速度放大倍率均满足结构设计要求,结构设计合理。太阳翼驱动机构谐响应仿真分析为太阳翼驱动机构地面鉴定级试验提供了一定的参考依据。
In order to study the dynamic performance of the solar wing drive mechanism, the harmonic response analysis of the solar wing drive mechanism was carried out by using the finite element analysis software. First, the finite element modeling of the mechanism was carried out. Then the modal damping ratio of the whole machine was obtained according to the results of the characteristic-level acceleration sweep test. Then the maximum stress value and the maximum acceleration value of the whole machine were obtained by modal frequency response analysis. The results of the output comparison with the input results show that the stress safety factor and acceleration magnification are to meet the structural design requirements, structural design is reasonable. The simulation analysis of the harmonic response of the driving mechanism of the sun wing provides some references for the ground-level test of the sun wing driving mechanism.
