“过渡型社区”是在高速城镇化进程中产生的新型社区,在社区景观城市化的过程中,也经历着从“熟人社会”到“半熟人社会”的社会资本流失,致使社区建设受阻。社会资本是社区建设的基石,它能通过提升居民的信任互惠、社交网络、社会规范来“黏合”社区内部的裂痕。因此,重塑社会资本是推动过渡型社区建设的重要环节,需要积极寻求制度、组织、项目、文化等路径的多元并进。
“Transitional community ” is a new type of community that emerged during the process of rapid urbanization.
