研制了一套基于等体积饱和法的高精度制冷剂/润滑油溶解度实验系统,该系统主要由恒温装置、实验本体、磁力搅拌系统、温度测量系统、压力测量系统、真空系统等组成。在此基础上,测量了温度为283.15 K时二甲醚在两种直链POE基础油PEC7和PEC9中的溶解度。计算了283.15 K时二甲醚与PEC4、PEC5、PEC6、PEC7、PEC8和PEC9六种二元混合体系的过量Gibbs自由能和亨利常数,分析了二甲醚在六种直链POE基础油中的溶解度变化规律,为二甲醚在制冷系统中的进一步深入研究和应用提供了依据。
A set of high precision refrigerant / lubricant solubility experiment system based on equal volume saturation method was developed. The system consisted of constant temperature device, experiment body, magnetic stirring system, temperature measurement system, pressure measurement system and vacuum system. On this basis, the solubility of dimethyl ether in two linear POE base oils, PEC7 and PEC9, was measured at a temperature of 283.15 K. The excess Gibbs free energy and Henry’s constant of six binary mixtures of dimethyl ether with PEC4, PEC5, PEC6, PEC7, PEC8 and PEC9 at 283.15 K were calculated. The effects of DME on six linear POE base oils Solubility variation of dimethyl ether in the refrigeration system for further research and application provided the basis.
