学校里会经常出现一些“意外”情况,如早上的升旗仪式过程中,很多孩子会因体力不支而倒下;在体育课或者课外活动过程中,相互间轻微的肢体碰撞也会导致一部分孩子骨折等。这些意外情况又导致体育老师不敢加大孩子的运动量。这些情况令我非常担忧。如何从学生的身体素质实际情况出发,从学校现实的师资、场地、器材等实际出发,寻找方法和途径,切实提高孩子们的身体素质,是摆在每一个学校管理者面前的大事。我们在加强制度管理的同时,还从以下几个方面共同推进。
