目的:探讨比较葛根、槐花及其免煎颗粒中黄酮类有效成分的含量,为进一步确认中药免煎颗粒的疗效提供理论基础。方法:采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法测定葛根、槐花及其免煎颗粒中黄酮类有效成分的含量。结果:葛根饮片、葛根免煎颗粒中葛根素含量分别为为0.01796g/g、0.01760g/g;槐花饮片、槐花免煎颗粒中芦丁含量分别为0.03725g/g、0.03131g/g。结论:免煎颗粒中有效成分的含量与传统饮片无显著差异,但其与饮片的疗效差别还有待进一步研究。
Objective: To compare the content of flavonoids in Pueraria lobata, Sophora japonica and its antifry granules, and to provide theoretical basis for further confirming the curative effect of Chinese herbal medicine. Methods: The content of flavonoids in Radix Puerariae, Sophora japonica and its decoction was determined by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). Results: The content of puerarin in Pueraria lobata Tablets and Pueraria decoction granules were 0.01796g / g and 0.01760g / g, respectively. The contents of rutin in the acacia flower decoction and the acacia flower decoction were 0.03725g / g and 0.03131g / g respectively . Conclusion: There is no significant difference between the active ingredients in traditional Chinese medicine decoction and the traditional decoction pieces, but the differences between the decoction pieces and the traditional decoction pieces need to be further studied.
