为探讨非亲缘关系异基因骨髓移植在治疗血液系统恶性疾病中的临床应用,采用台湾慈济骨髓捐赠资料中心捐赠的非亲缘异基因供体骨髓,患者以BU—CY预处理方案化疗,骁悉(cellcept)联合环孢菌素A(CsA)加短程MTX预防移植物抗宿主病。结果移植后第14天和第30天,患者外周血中性粒细胞0.5×10~9/L以上,血小板数20×10~9/L以上。移植后第42天骨髓象恢复正常。DNA扩增片断多态性分析提示供髓植活,慢粒融合基因bcr/abl阴性。移植后第90天患者康复出院。本例非亲缘异基因骨髓移植成功,说明采取的预防和治疗措施是有效的。
To explore the clinical application of unrelated allogeneic bone marrow transplantation in the treatment of hematological malignancies, non-homogeneous donor bone marrow donated by Tzu Chi bone marrow donation data center was used. Patients were treated with BU-CY pretreatment regimen. (Cellcept) combined with cyclosporine A (CsA) plus short-range MTX to prevent graft-versus-host disease. Results On the 14th and 30th days after transplantation, the peripheral blood neutrophils were more than 0.5×10 9 /L and the number of platelets was 20×10 9 /L or more. On the 42nd day after transplantation, the bone marrow image returned to normal. The DNA amplification fragment polymorphism analysis suggested that the supply of live marrow, chronic fusion gene bcr/abl negative. On the 90th day after transplantation, the patient was discharged and discharged. In this case, the success of unrelated allogeneic bone marrow transplantation demonstrated that the preventive and therapeutic measures taken were effective.
