婴幼儿时期是儿童生长发育的关键时期，早期发展在人生里程中有着重要的作用。该项目是卫生部与世界卫生组织（WHO）合作，山西省卫生厅基妇处牵头，由省级专业技术人员指导及基层妇幼人员实施的国际合作的科研项目。旨在通过项目提高基层妇幼卫生人员的管理和服务能力，开拓对0-3岁儿童综合服务领域，加强基层妇幼卫生人员的早期儿童发展社区服务能力。探索农村儿童保健的有效途径，及开展早期儿童发展社区服务的新模式。
Infancy is a crucial period for children’s growth and development. Early development plays an important role in the life mile. This project is a research project of international cooperation conducted by the Ministry of Health in cooperation with the World Health Organization (WHO) and led by the Women’s Department of Shanxi Provincial Health Department, under the guidance of provincial-level professional technicians and grass-roots women and children. The project aims at improving the management and service capabilities of grassroots MCH personnel through the project, developing comprehensive services for children aged 0-3, and strengthening the community service capabilities of grassroots MCH personnel in early childhood development. Exploring effective ways of child health care in rural areas and developing new models of community service for early childhood development.
