作者根据压铸工艺理论及模具设计特点并综合多方的实际经验,利用Auto-CAD12.0的ADS编程环境,用C语言和三维实体模型开发了适用于冷、热压室压铸机的压铸模浇注系统CAD软件。该软件由浇注系统设计和数据库两部分组成。既是整个压铸模CAD系统的一个功能模块,又可作为一个独立的应用软件运行。
According to the die casting process theory and the mold design features and the comprehensive practical experience, the author developed the die-casting mold casting system suitable for cold and hot chamber die-casting machines by using the Auto-CAD12.0 ADS programming environment, C language and three-dimensional solid model CAD software. The software consists of pouring system design and database composed of two parts. It is not only a function module of the entire die-casting mold CAD system, but also as a stand-alone application software.
