调查听力正常及构语器官正常儿童语言发育障碍原因。方法：对１９８６年～１９９８年就诊３２５６例聋哑儿听力检查中，发现的７７例听力正常儿进行分析。结果各种原因引起的脑功能障碍是小儿语言发育障碍的主要原因。孤独症、小儿心理障碍、健康情况及环境也影响语言发育。结论：耳鼻咽喉科医生应掌握小儿语言障碍的原因及临床症状，诊断标准与儿科、神经、精神科医生共同协作尽早确诊，以免延误治疗。
To investigate the causes of speech dysgenesis in normal hearing and normal organs of speech organs. Methods: A total of 77 hearing-impaired children who were diagnosed in 3256 hearing-impaired children from 1986 to 1998 were analyzed. Results Brain dysfunction caused by various reasons is the main reason of pediatric language dysplasia. Autism, pediatric psychological disorders, health conditions and the environment also affect language development. Conclusion: otolaryngologists should grasp the causes and clinical symptoms of children with language disorders. The diagnostic criteria should be coordinated with pediatric, neurological and psychiatrists as soon as possible so as to avoid delays in treatment.
