本文以水泥用量、水胶比、复合矿物掺合料中矿粉与粉煤灰的比例三个因素,采用正交试验方法制备高强度耐久性混凝土。通过混凝土冻融试验、氯离子渗透试验、侵蚀试验和碳化试验对配制的混凝土耐久性进行表征。研究结果表明:水泥用量为280kg/m~3,矿物掺合料中矿粉:粉煤灰=2:1,水胶比为0.34时,混凝土28天抗压强度为53.8MPa,300次冻融循环后的质量损失率仅为0.65%,氯离子渗透等级为非常低,且氯离子扩散系数为3.8×10~(-9)cm~2/s,抗侵蚀能力强,28d的碳化深度只有5.3mm。
In this paper, the cement dosage, water-cement ratio, composite mineral admixture of mineral powder and fly ash ratio of three factors, the use of orthogonal test method for the preparation of high strength and durability of concrete. The concrete durability was characterized by concrete freeze-thaw test, chloride ion penetration test, erosion test and carbonization test. The results showed that the compressive strength of concrete at 28 days was 53.8 MPa and the volume of cement was 280 kg / m ~ 3. The mineral admixtures with mineral powder: fly ash = 2: 1 and water / The mass loss rate after cycling was only 0.65%, the chloride ion penetration level was very low, and the chloride ion diffusion coefficient was 3.8 × 10 -9 cm -2 / s.
