宫内宫外异期妊娠是指妊娠数周后,又有一成熟卵受精着床。现将我院收治1例报告如下: 患者女性,31岁。停经5个月,2天前突然出现下腹持续性疼痛,无恶心、呕吐及阴道出血。检查:急性痛苦病容,满腹压痛,以下腹为甚,腹肌紧张,反跳痛明显。未作妇科检查。入院诊断为“妊娠合并急性阑尾炎”,在连续腹膜外麻醉下,行剖腹探查术。打开腹腔后,发现腹腔内有约200毫升陈旧性血液,右侧附伴及阑尾正常,左下腹有一
