常有作者朋友问:“你们选用稿件的标准是什么?”根据我的体会,除了严谨、客观、无常识性缺陷等一般条件外,有否新意比较重要。一是文章论及的角度新。从新的视角观察问题,常使文章具有吸引力。如我刊编发过的《中国 VCD 的产业分析和政策建议》、《高科技产品的营销对策》等。二是观点新。对经济管理工作者关心的热点问题给予新的阐述,可使读者受到新的启迪。如袁宝华同志在《当前我国企业家的责任与修养》一文中提出:“现在要唱‘三支歌’,即《国歌》、《国际歌》和《团结就是力量》。”三是数据新。管理和研究都离不开新数据,有新数据的文章往
Often the author’s friend asks, “What is the standard for your selection of manuscripts?” According to my experience, it is more important whether something is new except for general conditions such as rigor, objectivity and impermanent generalized defects.
