目的:为探究鲁甸乡栽培秦艽传统移栽期内及不同移栽方法秦艽的产、质量差异,确定秦艽最适移栽期及移栽方法。方法:分析测定了秦艽鲜重、干重、折干率、长度、直径、分支数及龙胆苦苷、马钱苷酸、醇溶性浸出物、总灰分含量,采用理想灰关联距离度综合评价法对其产、质量进行评价。结果:不同移栽期和移栽方法秦艽产、质量均存在较大差异,在3月10日以行株距25 cm×24 cm、覆土1 cm平放移栽的秦艽产、质量最好。结论:综合考虑产、质量及操作性,鲁甸乡秦艽生产应在3月上旬末,在传统移栽方法的基础上减少覆土厚度进行移栽较适宜。
OBJECTIVE: To determine the optimum yield and quality of Gentiana macrophylla (Gentiana macrophyllaea) during the transplanting period and different transplanting methods of Gentiana macrophylla in Ludian, and to determine the optimal transplanting date and transplanting methods. Methods: The fresh weight, dry weight, dry weight, length, diameter, number of branches, gentiopicroside, horse-wood glycyrrhizinate, alcohol-soluble extract and total ash content were analyzed and determined. Law on its production, quality evaluation. Results: The quality and yield of Gentiana straminea at different transplanting periods and transplanting methods were quite different. On March 10, the quality of Gentiana macrophylla was the best by transplanting the gentiana straminea at a distance of 25 cm × 24 cm and the soil covering 1 cm. Conclusion: Taking into account the production, quality and operability, the planting of Gentiana macrophylla in Ludian County should be suitable for transplanting by reducing the thickness of soil cover based on the traditional method of transplanting in early March.
