目的:分析2011~2014年我院体检者血压水平与血清尿酸(UA)水平的关系。方法:选择我院2011~2014年2150例体检者为研究对象,均完成血压(SBP、DBP),心率(HR)、身高、体重指数(BMI)、空腹血糖(FPG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)及UA指标检测,并对检测结果进行分析。结果:2150例体检人群中,高血压为860人,占40.0%,高血压组BMI、FPG、LDL-C、TC、TG及UA均明显高于非高血压组,而HDL-C明显低于非高血压组,比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);多因素Logistic回归分析显示,上述指标均为高血压的独立危险因素(P<0.05)。结论:血压水平的升高与UA水平具有密切联系,早期控制UA水平对预防高血压的发生具有重要意义。
Objective: To analyze the relationship between blood pressure and serum uric acid (UA) in our hospital from 2011 to 2014. Methods: A total of 2150 subjects from 2011 to 2014 in our hospital were enrolled in this study. Blood pressure (SBP, DBP), heart rate (HR), height, body mass index (BMI), fasting blood glucose (FPG), high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C), low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C), serum total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG) and UA were detected and the results were analyzed. Results: Among 2150 medical examinations, the prevalence of hypertension was 860, accounting for 40.0%. The levels of BMI, FPG, LDL-C, TC, TG and UA in hypertension group were significantly higher than those in non-hypertension group, while HDL-C was significantly lower Non-hypertension group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05); multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that the above indicators are independent risk factors for hypertension (P <0.05). Conclusion: The increase of blood pressure level is closely related to the level of UA. The early control of UA level is of great significance in preventing the occurrence of hypertension.
