目的:制备氯强油搽剂,并用差式分光光度法测定氯强油搽剂中氯霉素和泼尼松含量。方法:分别选择238nm为泼尼松的测定波长,327nm为参比波长,在292nm处直接测定氯霉素的吸光度。结果:氯霉素在5~16μg·ml~(-1)、泼尼松在0.3~0.9μg·ml~(-1)范围内吸光度与浓度均呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9995,r=0.9994),两种组分的平均回收率和RSD值分别为99.74%、0.83%和99.59%、1.45%。结论:用差式分光光度法测定氯强油搽剂中的泼尼松和氯霉素含量,方法简便准确,样品无需分离即可直接测定。
Objective: To prepare chlorine strong oil liniment and to determine the contents of chloramphenicol and prednisone in chlorine strong oil liniment by differential spectrophotometry. Methods: The wavelength of 238 nm was selected as prednisone, 327 nm as reference wavelength, and the absorbance of chloramphenicol was measured directly at 292 nm. Results: There was a good linear relationship between absorbance and concentration of chloramphenicol in the range of 5 ~ 16μg · ml ~ (-1) and prednisone in the range of 0.3 ~ 0.9μg · ml ~ (-1) (r = 0.9995, r = 0.9994). The average recoveries and RSDs of the two components were 99.74%, 0.83% and 99.59%, 1.45%, respectively. CONCLUSIONS: Prednisone and chloramphenicol levels in Clorpene liniment are determined by differential spectrophotometry. The method is simple and accurate and can be directly determined without separation.
